As a non-profit organization, donations are used immediately for charitable initiatives. However, we understand that errors can happen.
Donation Refunds
We may collect the following information when you interact with our website:
- Refund requests will be considered only in case of a transaction error or duplicate payment.
Cancellations
- Donations cannot be canceled once successfully processed, except in the above circumstances.
Tax Exemption Receipts
All eligible donations will receive an acknowledgment and tax exemption receipt (if applicable under Indian law).
